A little about Nicki - Born on the coast and raised in the midlands, I developed a love for art at a very young age. The beach is still my favorite place and I go there as often as possible. Itʼs almost like going home in a sense. Chapin, SC has such a special place in my heart, it is where I now live with my husband and two children. Iʼm inspired by landscapes, florals, people, and animals. The everyday surroundings. In my paintings I hope to portray a balance between loose abstraction and subtle realism by combining light and shadows and intriguing color combinations.
